Terms of Service

Important Notice: Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679), you have the right to cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days of signing. You may dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with consumer reporting agencies at no charge.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing FixoCredit's website or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FixoCredit, LLC. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
FixoCredit provides the following credit-related services:
- Credit report analysis and negative item identification
- Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus
- Debt validation and collection negotiation services
- Credit monitoring and score tracking
- Business credit establishment consulting
- Credit-building education and guidance
3. CROA Disclosures (Required by Federal Law)
As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act:
- No Upfront Fees: FixoCredit may not charge any fees before completing the services it has agreed to provide.
- Right to Cancel: You may cancel your contract within 3 business days without penalty.
- No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee removal of any specific item or any specific credit score improvement.
- Free Alternatives: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost.
- Written Contract: You are entitled to a written contract detailing all services and fees before any work begins.
4. Fees & Payment
Service fees are disclosed in your written service agreement prior to enrollment. Monthly service plans are billed in arrears (after services are performed) in compliance with CROA. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time with written notice. Refunds are issued for any services not yet rendered.
5. Client Responsibilities
To receive our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Execute a written authorization allowing us to access your credit reports
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
- Notify us of any direct communications from credit bureaus or creditors
- Maintain current contact information throughout the service period
6. No Guarantee of Results
FixoCredit does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to the removal of any particular item from your credit report or any specific improvement in your credit score. Results vary based on individual credit history, the accuracy of reported information, and creditor responses. Any representation of typical or average results refers to past client outcomes and is not a guarantee of future performance.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to:
- Dispute accurate information on your credit report
- Create a new credit identity (credit profile number schemes are federal crimes)
- Provide false information to credit bureaus or creditors
- Engage in any activity that violates federal or state law
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the FixoCredit website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FixoCredit, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixoCredit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to FixoCredit in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and all applicable federal laws including the FCRA (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) and CROA (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.).
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
